Versa 2 won't allow me to scroll left to see more data

my heart rate is showing on my Versa 2, with resting and bpm, but it won't allow me to scroll left to see more data. Has anybody else experienced this

The same is happening with me. When I try to click on the Steps or Calories burned icons, nothing happens. I also can't swipe left, right, up, down. I have tried restarting several times and nothing works to fix it.
