Hi there @Omkarkhedekar, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for already verifying your card with the bank.

If you're not using a passcoded, please set up a passcode on your phone. For Fitbit Pay to work, you phone must use a passcode.

On the other hand, If you see "Unable to add card error":

  1. Can you verify that your Versa 2 is properly syncing? See How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
  2. Also, I'd like to ask the following:
    1. Restart your Fitbit and phone.
    2. Restart Bluetooth on your phone.
    3. Force quit the Fitbit mobile app.
    4. Try another internet connection.

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.
