Hi @Ktmeow - just in case they aren't charging properly, the Versa and Versa 2 have similar but incomparable chargers so you must use the correct Versa 2 charger.
Also check the back of the watch in case there is still protective plastic covering the contacts.
If this doesn't work Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
It is perhaps a better solution than requesting a refurbished replacement for your new watch under warranty.
