My Fitbit Versa to has stopped taking a charge and I have tried two different chargers. The logo links on and off slowly but I cannot get it to turn on. I tried following the steps of holding the side button for numbers of seconds and releasing etc. and nothing is working. It was working in just fine when I put it on the charger and then when I went to take it off the charger it was dead and would not turn on. Please help me know what to do next.

Hi there, @Heidi8. Welcome on the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

If you haven't done so yet, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

As for the Fitbit Logo, please try the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

@Megz89 Welcome here! I'm glad to hear you reached out to our Support Team and they're now helping you to get back on track.

My started doing this right after it updated about a week ago the touch screen was really slow right after and then today I charged it and when I went to get it 1/2 hour later it had coloured stripes across the screen. I spoke to a tech agent and did the factory reset steps he suggested I try and now it wont turn on at all. He put me in contact with warranty here in Canada. I hope you have better luck!
