Versa 2 won't charge and is stuck on Fitbit Logo

My Versa 2 will not charge.  I have cleaned the back of the watch with rubbing alcohol and cleaned the little spikes in the charger.  When I attach it to the charger, the Fitibt logo appears but nothing else happens.

Anyone else with this problem?

Thx.

Hi there, @Mary0609. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

As for the Fitbit Logo, while you have your Versa 2 connected to the charger, please try the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

Although I labeled this as the best answer, it didn't straighten out the problem.  I did all the steps that you suggested and I am still just getting thefitbit logo on my watch.  It won't go any further from there.  I have ordered a Charge 4 which I hope will work better.

Thx anyway.
