Versa 2 won't charge and shows "Data not cleared, sync and try again."

Screen stays black. 

Says "Data not cleared Sync & try again" ??

Will not charge.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend following our complete troubleshooting instructions in Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? I also suggest trying the following:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
