I have cleaned bother charger and fitbit and 'not enough power from source ' is still appearing and fitbit is not charging. I have tried different leads and charger.

Hi @Denbane - did you try using the PC as the power source.
Also sync then Shutdown the watch from the Settings menu and charge for 2 hours making sure it doesn't get hot, in case there is a watch fault.
It may come on by itself or you may need to restart it by pressing the button a few seconds.

I agree with @Guy_'s advice as sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). So, I too recommend leaving your Versa 2 on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Versa 2. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
