My Versa 2 will not charge. It is barely year old. I've tried two different chargers and multiple USB ports. How do I fix this?

Have You tried a charging block rather than a port. are U using the charging cord included specifically for your versa 2? I use a charging block that came with my tablet, the output is higher than a computer port. Good luck

Hi there, @Jmrand0101. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still not charging despite the steps you've tried so far. I understand where your concern is coming from as it's not that old. We're to help!

Have you tried what @Ecomshopper has suggested to you?

On a side note, please note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely, like in your case). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.

When it has had two hours, try restarting your Versa 2. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

Yes, I've tried all the things. It's been on the charger for weeks and is
still showing 0% battery.
