Versa 2 is not charging. Made sure it's not the charger itself. Tried to contact help on the App and it's not available. Any help please so I can use my Fitbit again?

you might want to save your data log , and look into getting a new fitbit , check and see if ther pin area is clean use a toothpick to clear the area under the watch ,check your usb wire if it looks fryed you can replace it . i would just shop for a new watch

Hi there, @BrenK17. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still not charging. Thanks for making sure that it's not the charger itself that is preventing your Versa 2 from charging. I appreciate you letting me know that you couldn't contact our Support Team through the Fitbit app, I will help you with this and with the charging issue.
Have you tried what @tonytoes408 suggested? For more detailed information, see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Versa 2. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
