Fitbit Versa 2 is no charging anymore. It was only purchased in November last year. I tried different chargers already, nothing helps.
It started only charging a little bit over the last few weeks and now is not charging any more at all. How do I go about Getting it fixed or exchanged during the warranty period.Getting it fixed or exchanged during the warranty period.
I am based in Thailand, which is where I purchased my Fitbit from an Online shop.Online shop. However, I’m currently in Europe for another 2.5 weeks.However, I’m currently in Europe for another 2.5 weeks. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @Nadine7777 - check you have the correct charge cable (if you owned a previous model they are not the same).
