I recently came across my old Versa 2, which of course is flat. I've tried charging it on multiple USB ports and tried all the options listed on the FitBit help page and still the battery will not charge nor will the watch power up. There lights on the back of the watch are not illuminated.
Are there any ideas on what I can try next?

Unfortunately, I think you are out of luck. I've had my versa 2 for a couple years now, use it daily. Keep it charged. Recently the touch screen just quit working and the battery drains so fast. Forums on here show that this seems to a current theme with this product, most likely filtering it out so we buy new.
