I have had my Versa 2 for less than a month. It got black days ago but after charging it ir go on again. Yesterday I was using it and it had a charge of approx. 35%, suddenly it goes black. I try to restart it but it didn't work. I try to charge it but it doesn't charge. I don't know what to do. Please helppppp !!
