Versa 2 won't charge or turn on

My Versa 2 was at about 65% charge last night. It shut off and won't turn back on. Also, it does not light up or vibrate when placed in the factory charger. It was a gift from a friend who told me that she had done a "factory reset" before I got it.

Factory resets often destroy the watch, to check have a look at the suggestion posted here

It could be various issues but you will at least help you find the probable cause.
