Versa 2 won't charge or turn on

My Versa 2 fitbit screen randomly started flickering and then went black and wont turn back on. I've tried to reboot as suggested but wont reboot. Not even the Fitbit  logo. Won't charge either.....  😞

I am experiencing the same issues! I’ve used “chat” and followed their instructions and also followed the troubleshooting steps on this forum to no avail. 
Still, no one tells me how to get it repaired or replaced—which Fitbit should do considering the number of us experiencing the same issues. 

It’s obviously a problem with Versa 2. :cross_mark:😳🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

Yah... Fitbit chat team sent me a voucher for a discount on a purchase for a new Fitbit. That being said seems like there is no real fix for it which is disappointing as my Fitbit versa 2 wasn't that old 😞 

So that has me looking at Apple smart watches now to be honest.

I’m having exactly the same problem. Suddenly stopped working and won’t charge. In the charger I get the Fitbit logo but nothing else.
