Versa 2 won't charge or turn on

My versa 2 randomly turned off during the night despite at 50% battery. At first when i tried charging it there were no life signs but now after a few attempts the screen will turn dark blue as if its about to restart but then nothing happens. I've tried holding the different buttons and the manual restart but the screen only glitches between black and dark blue. I have also cleaned the charging sensor and tried two different chargers. I bought the watch in 2019 and haven't had any issues with it until now. Considering its a few years old, maybe the battery's done for?

I have the same problem with my versa.

I believe that  happened to me and I ended up removing it from Bluetooth and then deleted and reinstalled the app - charging the watch the whole time. Eventually it started working again.  I may have shut off my phone after I deleted the app then turned it back on .

the problem I am having is it's not holding the charge for more than a day or two where before it would go 4 to 5 days
