Versa 2 won't charge or turn on. Can anything be done or is it totally dead?

Hi @Lperske - there are a few things to try but if it was used in water recently they might not succeed.
Try cleaning the contacts of the watch and charger.
It may sound silly but make sure it is the correct charger, a Versa charger looks the same but won't work.
Try using a PC as the power source and note the connection sounds. If it constantly connects and disconnects there is a problem.
If it connects only, allow 2 hours to charge, if it gets hot stop immediately.
After hold the button for 10 seconds, wait a minute and then sync with the Fitbit App.
If this works but nothing appeared on the watch display it indicates a non repairable screen fault otherwise the watch is probably dead and if under warranty can be replaced.

Hi there, @Lperske. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not responding, I understand your concern. We are here to help you!
I agree with @Guy_'s tips and recommendations. Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 2 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
