My Versa 2 went out this morning. I thought it was dead, but it won’t charge using two different cradles. I keep getting a pink exclamation point with the low battery picture. I cleaned all connectors with alcohol and tried multiple charging ports to troubleshoot, still not working.

Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with your Versa 2 watch and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.
I've been informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with the Customer Support team about this. They will let you know how to proceed with this.
