Versa 2 won't charge to 100%

Why will my Fitbit only charge up to 99%? I’ve left it on overnight and it’s still only charged to 99%. I don’t really understand why it won’t charge to 100%?

Hi there, @Louise137. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2 as suggested here

I have cleaned it and restarted it, but it’s still not charging to 100%
