My versa 2 stopped fully charging. At first only charged to 98% now will only charge to 96% how do I get it to charge to 100%

Hi @Diggydiana1956 - your post has been moved to the correct forum.
There are a few things to try.
Perform a Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu. Wait 10 at least seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
If this doesn't help try letting it run down completely and charge it fully a few times. Sometimes patience is required and it takes an hour or more to charge the last few percent.
However it probably is a waste of time charging it fully because that can be an hour or more you are not wearing it and the duration between charges is not significantly prolonged.
