We’re on holiday in Greece gone to charge my Fitbit Versa 2 with lead directly in to USB port, that didn’t do anything. Then tried with usb into plug into European adapter not worked. Then put charger into battery pack none worked. Does this sound like charger broken or blown using over seas plugs? Also tried to reset by holding button 10 secs and still nothing happened. Any ideas?
also on the strap the bit that hold the straps together is broken and can’t find replacement as don’t know what to call it. Any ideas?
