Versa 2 won't charge

My Fitbit Versa 2 will not take a charge or change screens when I press side button? It started this 2 days ago. Is there anyway to reset or do I assume its life is over and purchase a new one?

Hi @z71txman by Fitbit 2, what do you mean? 

The Charge 2, Inspire 2, or Versa 2.
