Versa 2 won’t charge

My versa2 went completely flat and now won’t charge . I usually recharge at about 10%. I’ve tried cleaning the charging port and pressing and holding the side button to no avail. I’ve contacted Fitbit who said they’re checking my warranty. I think I’ve had it 2 years and a couple of weeks.

I have been having the same problems with my Versa 2 not holding a charge.  I have tried all the suggested techniques and strategies with no avail.  I've actually tried them several times.  Are there newer suggestions since these posts or an updated article?
