Versa 2 won't charge

Since a week my Versa 2 is no longer charging. I’ve cleaned the device and checked the charger with another versa 2 and that still works. It really seems to be the watch itself. Even if I leave it in to charge all day it won’t start. The fitbit is from november 2020.

Same problem with my versa2 as well not charging. What is the work around.
