My Vera 2 won’t charge. I’ve cleaned it, tried different Fitbit brand charges, outlets, and plugs. Screen is completely black and won’t charge at all. I’ve had it about a year but only used it about ten times. Hoping for a solution before I give up on it.

I am having the same issue but mine is almost two years old. I am so bummed as i love my versa 2.

They basically sent me an email saying it’s over a year old so they don’t care 🙄 I got a discount code and was told to buy a new device. Really disappointed in fitbit
