Versa 2 won't charge

Help... I,'m devastated that my versa 2 has stopped working. It won't charge! I have cleaned the contacts and pins by following instructions given by fitbit and tried a different electrical socket and changed the USB plug but still not charging. The screen is totally blank.

Hi @Ilovemywatch2  Fitbit can "see" more on their end of things, so why not get with customer support to see what they can advise.

Same thing happened to me a couple days ago! I can't figure out how to fix it.
