I have pressed the side power on button for 15 seconds more or less. Eventually it displays a depleted battery charge. I have had it in the changing cradle 3-4 times for 30 + minutes ech time. No luck. I have cleaned the sensors with a soft brush. Also no luck

I feel like there’s something going on at Fitbit. I was having the same problem and then mine started working again but it’s running out of battery a lot faster and the touch screen gets stuck or is not responsive at all. Hopefully it’s not a ploy to get us to buy the latest model. Mine Is just a little over a year old.

This is exactly what’s happening with mine! Mine is drained after 2 hours. I’m about to give up and just get the Apple Watch at this point.

Mine is doing the same thing. It is stuck at the logo and won't do anything else.

Mine was purchased in May 2022. And there was no indication before this that something was wring.

Mine had this problem back in March! It was working perfectly then it just wasn't charging. I thought it was me but then I realized it's no longer listed on the Fitbit store, so it may be discontinued. I contacted support and, no surprise, none of their suggestions worked. I've been without since and actually considering not buying another Fitbit because this just felt shady. I think I'll try it again but it wasn't even charging so I have little hope it will work again.

Omg, same! I even charged it an entire day and tried charging the adapter as well to see if the adapter was not working. It just would charge or at least the watch wouldn't turn on. @Fitbit, please help us here.

My watch has been doing the same type of thing. It will die or get low (11%) and I will put on the charge. I will either not charge at all or get as far as 13% in the charger. I can leave for days with no change... I have done all the steps suggested many many times and no change. I have event taken off the band to make sure the watch was securely in the charger. I thought it was the battery but it will surprise me charge to 100% and hold the charge ...then we do the same dance all over again!
Has anyone had this issue? Have you had a response from Fitbit?
