Ever since I updated my device, it won’t immediately come back on after I put it on the charger. All I get is the logo. I’ve tried restarting it and it doesn’t help. Then a day or two after charging, it will randomly come on. This has happened for the past several weeks. It works fine after it comes on.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Have you tried restarting your Versa by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo? Another option you may need to consider to clear up the issue is doing a factory reset. You can see the steps for a factory reset on page 59 of the manual.
