Versa 2 won't connect after a factory reset

After I factory reset my Versa 2, the screen shows `download Fitbit App`, then it stays there, nothing can be done.

When I open Fitbit App on my iPhone, try to add a new device, follow the instructions to charge the tracker, and search... it is always showing `Not found`.

Tried a lots of ways, turn on/off bluetooth, restart iPhone, restart Versa 2, no luck.

Now my Versa 2 becomes a brick,  so frustrating

Hi there, @chaoyangnz. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not connecting after a factory reset. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!

In addition to the steps you've tried, I'd recommend trying the following in the order listed:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

Thanks, after I tried the steps a few times, now I succeeded to connect Fitbit App.
