Versa 2 won’t connect music controls

I used to be able to control my music through the watch by pulling down  and hitting the music note. Now it tells me “add device in settings” not sure why it won’t work all of a sudden? Everything is Linked and connected as it should be. Please help if anyone has had this?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, monitor your watch and see if you can control your music properly.
