Versa 2 won't connect or sync to my Samsung A51

Reset my fitbit thininking I could get it to sync and connect and now I can't get it to connect to my Samsung a51 5g at all. I can't get it to connect on app/Bluetooth. Not sure what do to. It wants me to pick a launagge but it won't allow me to connect

Hi there, @DanielleBade. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

In order to solve this issue, please try the steps below:

1. Remove the Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 2 once again.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 2.
