I just bought my versa 2 today but I can not get it to install the coach app. It will install any other app though. I am connected to WiFi, I restarted the watch, had to charging while trying to install. I also logged in and out of the app but nothing seems to work.
A error message pops up Everytime saying "unable to Install"
"Install failed, try again later".

Hi there @Laurendaniels89, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for already troubleshooting your Versa 2 in order to install the Coach app.
While reading your post I was wondering if you're still having difficulties to install the app? If you are, please provide me with a screenshot of the error message. Also, please confirm that you've restarted the watch by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and check if your Fitbit app is updated.

I was able to get the coach app working but now when I swipe down to get to the notifications it won't update the date. It says that it's Sept 21 when it's Oct 1st today but the date on the main face of the watch is correct.
