Just got a Versa 2 and when I try to sync the notifications from my Iphone 8 the blue “i” circle button that everywhere is prompting me to click won’t show up in the bluetooth menu next to the versa 2. I’ve reset both, unpaired the device, the works. Is this just an issue with the iphone 8 or versa?

@tclemens Did you ever get this figured out? Been going back and forth with Fitbit for days now and no one can seem to tell me if this is a phone issue or a tracker issue.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

You must have the magic touch - I was contacted on 2/7/2020 by support and have provided them with many screenshots and troubleshooting steps I have tried and was never offered a replacement.
One-hundred seventy-three days and counting...
Plus eight days between purchase and support ticket.
S-I-X months with loss of eight different functions in addition to many screen freezes per day and at least a dozen pairing requests per day.
