My Versa2 was syncing fine until about 10 days ago, then for some reason it no longer recognizes the same WiFi router it was syncing with before, even when the fully charge tracker is right beside the router. There has been no change in the router equipment or settings. Any suggestions as to what might have happened? Thanks.

As far as I recall, the Versa 2 does not use WiFi except for updates and music transfer. I assume you are trying to do one or the other.
What does the phone Fitbit app do when you setup WiFi for the watch? Does it not connect on the phone or watch?
As far as what may have happened, it could be any number of things depending on what WiFi security you have turned on.

I was trying to do a software update to see if that would fix the syncing problem. Fitbit app on the iPhone could not connect to router either. Security on router is WPA2-Personal. I'm confused because up to a couple of weeks ago, it was syncing fine, then just stopped.

WPA2 Personal should be fine. Note that the watch does not use the WiFi to sync, that is all bluetooth. Sounds like this is not a WiFi problem, but a bluetooth syncing issue.
