This is the first time I use fitbit, I tried to connect it to my home wifi and also via Mobile hotspot.

 

I tried all the troubleshooting steps, and ideas what I've found here (connect it to a computer also)

 

Nothing worked.

 

Could you help me, who can help me with this issue?

Hi @Dora0114 - you don't normally need WiFi unless you are installing a firmware or for the initial setup, but even then it can be done over Bluetooth, though takes a lot longer.

Also the watch only works with 2.4 GHz WiFi so make sure the source is the correct one.
