Versa 2 won't connect to Wi-Fi

My versa 2 wont sync. I thought it was due to the fact it is not connected to wifi, but when I go to the wifi screen in the app it loads for ages and then it says theres a problem. So I click retry and it does it again

I need my fitbit to sync so I can update it. Please help!
