I can't connect my versa 2 to wifi. I've tried everything in the forums and have got nowhere. I haven't done a factory reset as wasn't sure if I should? Can you help?

Hi there, @SWEETHJ. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

Please note your watch won’t connect to 5GHz, 802.11ac, WPA enterprise, or public Wi-Fi networks that require logins, subscriptions, or profiles. If you see a captive portal when connecting to the Wi-Fi network on a computer, the network isn’t supported. 

I'd like to confirm you've followed the troubleshooting steps recommended here Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? 

By the way, your post has been moved to Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.
