Anyone know why once I put in my wifi password and back out twice to home screen it disconnects. I just got this versa 2 and all I want is a new clock face but it keeps saying oops no connection

Hi @Leems80 - Once wifi is setup on the watch it disconnects, as it's only used when necessary.
To load a clock face it uses Bluetooth and the no Internet connection message refers to between the Fitbit App on your phone and the Fitbit servers.
The no internet connection issue can be caused by the use of the following on your phone:
or possibly incorrect Fitbit App permissions
