My Fitbit app won’t find my wifi it has happened several times and this is how all the problems started. I try entering it and the password and it won’t connect. My Fitbit also has blue lines going down it and is glitched on the Fitbit sign mixed with the clock face. Please help me fix this.

As for the screen acting odd, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
