I am using the Fitibit desktop app for windows ten because the app on my phone, when I go to the wifi setup(Mind you i already setup wifi when i first paired on my phone)will not load and just shows a little blue circle that spins and does not show any networks. On desktop app i can connect for two seconds, then in settings>about> IP address on my Versa 2, it shows the IP address meaning wifi is on, then its says wifi is off immediately.Help?

@tylerf121, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it won't connect with your WiFi network.
Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, try syncing or connecting your watch again and see i the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Thanks for the reply. I had tried everything to no avail and then I read to reboot the watch and it worked.
