Versa 2 won’t connect to iPhone GPS for the past week

My Versa 2 has not connected to my iPhone GPS for the past week.  I haven’t changed my phone or Versa.  I have restarted both devices with no luck.

Having the same problem with my versa. I called tech-support but they can’t seem to help me.

I ended up rebooting both the fitbit and iphone again, and now the gps is connecting.  Note that I did not do a factory reset on the fitbit, just rebooted it.
