Hi everyone! I have a versa 2 and an iPhone 13. They worked perfectly until about 4 weeks ago when I became unable to sync the devices anymore.
I’ve followed all the steps numerous times (reset devices, turn Bluetooth off/on, update to latest software, etc, etc) and NOTHING seems to work. My phone just can’t find my Fitbit.
Customer support wasn’t very helpful, they just made me do all the steps above again, which didn’t work, before telling me to use my Fitbit on a different iPhone (wth?) until there was an available app update for my iPhone 13.
Two weeks after that, the app update became available, I downloaded it, and it still doesn’t work. I basically have a Fitbit I can’t use. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks for any advice!
