Versa 2 won’t connect to iphone

I’ve been using my versa2 for a year until one day I lost my charger and stopped using it for 1month until I found it again. I charged it yesterday and switched it on and the time and date are set to the last time the device was on. I tried connecting the watch to my iphone which already had the app and details from previously but it says it cannot find watch ? The watch is working and functioning and connected to the iphone bluetooth but the app can’t find the watch, I can’t sync the data not can I change the time/date? Tried restarting the watch and iphone.. nothing

Good luck - I’ve had no luck getting my versa to pair with my iPhone. Time to move on and try a different brand of smartwatch!
