Versa 2 won't connect to my Amazon echo buds

Hi, I'm have trouble with my Versa 2 connecting to my Amazon echo buds for bluetooth headphones. It gets the the pairing echo buds screen and keeps spinning. Any suggestions?

Hi there @Kanb, welcome on board. I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us.

 

I'd recommend you to remove all Bluetooth devices in your Versa 2. Then, restart the Versa 2 by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

After that, restart your wireless buds following the instructions from the manufacturer. Then, pair the buds again and let me know if you're still experiencing the same situation so I can check this further.

I have no other device connected via bluetooth to my versa2. I have also reset my echo buds.

I am having the exact same problem. It just spins and spins. I have restarted numerous times & nothing has changed.

I was able to successfully pair my Echo Buds with my Versa 2. 

The trick is, AFTER you open the case and press the Echo Buds pair button you have to remove both Echo Buds from the case and place them in your ears, you should hear "Now in Pairing Mode"

THEN you select the Echo Buds on your Versa 2 to complete pairing.

 

Failing to place Echo Buds in your ears causes the spinning pairing status referred to above.

I used this link on Amazon. It's more about how you use your Echo Buds than just using the watch.
