Versa 2 won't connect to my Android phone

I am reposting because the community kicked me out before I could post.

My versa 2 will not connect to my phone. I have tried all of the ideas posted in the community and it still will not connect. I removed the device from the app and have tried to re pair it and it will not pair to my android phone. I have had nothing but issues with the fitbit.  It randomly goes to a white screen, the battery drains in a day and this isn't the first time I have issues connecting it. How can I get it to pair to my Android phone? This has gotten out of hand

 @poodge66 , A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your message. 
Please make sure that your phone can install the latest Fitbit app. 

Also verify that you have the latest app version installed. 

In the meantime, please follow these steps, some you have already done, but the order is important:

  • Restart your Versa 2.
  • Please on the phone, go to Settings>Bluetooth and remove all connections that exist with the watch. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone's operating system version)
  • Turn off Bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the phone is back on, turn the Bluetooth on again, but DO NOT try to connect to the watch from there.
  • Go on the app. From here, try setting up the Versa 2 as a new device.

I tried everything. I updated the app, turned the phone and the fitbit off
an on, turned Bluetooth off and on. It will not connect.
Any other suggestions?

The next step should be for you to get in contact with our Support team . Either go to our help portal or go to your profile picture>Help & Support>Contact Support in the app. There you will choose how to contact support.
