Versa 2 won't connect to my Echo buds

My versa 2 will not connect to my echo buds.i get to the pairing echo buds screen and it just spins forever. I have no other bluetooth devices paired to the versa 2 and i have tried restarting. I have not seen any real response to this so hopefully someone sees this and has a solution.

Hi there @sparx578, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details shared in your post about the difficulties you've been having to connect your Versa 2 to your Echo buds. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot your watch and echo buds prior to posting here.

 

Please confirm that you've restarted your Versa 2 as described here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

After that, restart your wireless buds following the instructions from the manufacturer. Then, pair the buds again and let me know if you're still experiencing the same situation so I can check this further.

I have restarted the versa 2.
I have restarted the earbuds.
I have followed the steps listed in the article.
I still cannot pair. It gets to the pairing screen then it will not finish
the pairing.
