Received my Versa 2 today. Charged it and set it up. Connected to my Pixel 3 without a problem. About 4 hours ago it disconnected itself from the Pixel 3 and my phone doesn't even see it when I search for it to pair. Help?

Try turning Bluetooth off and on.
Also check in the Fitbit app, by pulling down on the screen to refresh and see what the popup syncing status bar says.
