Versa 2 won't connect to my Samsung 10

Just received my new versa2 it is loading but it will not connect to my phone samsung 10

Hi there @Varstubacken, welcome to the Community Forums. I'll be glad to help you to set up your new Versa to your Samsung 10.

While reading your post I was wondering if you're replacing another Fitbit with the Versa 2? If so, please try the following steps:

1. Remove the old device(s) from the Bluetooth settings (in case you have more Fitbit devices that are no longer in use).
3. Restart the Versa 2
4. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
5. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
6. Setup your Versa 2
