I reset my phone but kept my settings, found it had not found that the phone let all my Bluetooth devices go. Went to phone setting and Bluetooth set it to scan and found nothing.
Set my Mac to look for my phone and it found it and paired no problem.
my phone has never had problems finding my Versa2 before!!
Is there a way to reset the vera2? or any other suggestions ?

Hello @Hawkeyefxr
Hopefully I can help. I understand you want your Versa 2 on your Android phone and not on your laptop (I understand you tried your laptop to see if there was a connection issue and you were able to connect just fine. Great idea to try it on another device as you did) So let’s try getting it on your phone. Go to you laptop and do a final sync to the Fitbit App. Next either turn off the Bluetooth on your laptop or remove the connection from your laptop to your Versa 2. Having your Versa 2 connected to two devices can cause issues and conflicts. Once you removed your Versa 2 from the lap top go to your phone and look for Versa 2 in the list of connected devices. If your Versa 2 appears on the list but says it’s not connected please tap on Versa 2 on the Bluetooth list then tap unpair. It your Versa 2 doesn’t appear on the list of connected devices just continue with my instructions.
I’m going to try and set up your Versa 2 as a new device. Don’t worry you will not lose any of your data. The only date you will lose is anything that occurred “after” your last successful sync to the Fitbit App. (That is why I had you do a final sync while connected to the lap top)
Now make sure that you have the latest Fitbit App version and your Android phone is updated. Now go to the Fitbit App and log out. Next go to your Bluetooth on your phone and turn off your Bluetooth. Next turn off your phone for 1-2 mins then turn your phone back on and turn your Bluetooth back on. Now log back into the Fitbit app as you normally would with your email address and password. Next tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Set Up A Device. Pick Versa 2 in the list of trackers and follow the onscreen instructions. When you are asked if you want to replace your Versa 2 say yes.
😃 Please let me know how it goes. Hopefully this will answer your question and get you up and running again.
