Hello,
My Versa 2 began to act up around 2/16/2025. First lost the sleep tracking data, then after 3 days, lost the rest of the data tracking with the exception of steps(which may come from my phone since it goes with me on walks. I was also participating in the Fitbit sleep study.
I too, updated, restarted both the watch and phone, deleted then reinstalled the app and checked to ensure my firmware was up to date. Today I unpaired the device from my phone and now the device doesn't show up in the bluetooth pairing list. I use a Samsung S22 Ultra phone.
This is my 2nd Versa 2 which I purchased in September 2023 (the other literally fell apart after 4 years). This device is only 18 months old, a far cry from the 4 years I had the old one. Can it be repaired or warranteed?

I am having the same issue. My versa will not pair or sync with my phone. I had the Versa 2 less than one year, extremely frustrating.
