I have shut down my iphone 11 and restarted. Cannot connect the bluetooth to the iphone 11. It was working and synced this morning. All are fully charged. The Versa 2 had frozen logo screen. I reset many times. Nothing. Still frozen screen and will not connect to the bluetooth. any ideas?

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I suggest trying the following:
If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
